Baby Bedding Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your bedroom furniture. If you need to return your bedroom furniture, you may return your purchase for a refund in accordance with the following requirements;
 
- Bedroom furniture may be returned within 30 days of shipment. 
 
- Bedroom furniture must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in their original packaging. 
 
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense and must be arranged by the customer.
 
- If the bedroom furniture you are returning received free shipping, free delivery, free handling or free set-up, then our actual outbound shipping, delivery, handling and set-up costs will be deducted from your refund. 
 
- Returned bedroom furniture will be inspected prior to issuing credit. 
 
- You must obtain an RMA number (see below).
 
Please Note; Any bedroom furniture sold on clearance cannot be returned, all clearance sales are final. Any order noted as a special order or any bedroom furniture that is customized or personalized cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
 
To Ensure A Prompt Refund You Must Follow The Steps Below
 
1. Obtain an RMA Number - Please call 860-642-7790 and speak to a customer service representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on correspondence with the return such as the original packing slip.  If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include a note with the billing name and address and the RMA number
 
2. Pack Your Return - Wrap your item carefully in its original packaging and box, enclose correspondence, which references the RMA number (as indicated above), with your return.
 
3. Ship Your Return – Ship your return using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

4. Receive Your Refund - If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued within 15 business days of the receipt of your return and will appear on your billing statement as Yankee Retail. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.  

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Every item that Baby Bedding Company sells is well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. Most items are double-boxed, and we refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the important instructions below.

If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.

Should you decide that you do not want parts or a replacement unit the item can be returned under our standard return policy, if a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to have the item returned to us.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
