DELIVERY TIMES
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the total delivery time is broken down into Pre-Ship Processing Time and Shipping Time.
PROCESSING TIMES
Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when your platform bed leaves the warehouse. Remember some products are imported from overseas or are custom made when your order is placed.
Of course if your order is able to be shipped out earlier it will be. Remember in addition to the pre-ship processing time you must also add the number of in transit days necessary to ship your order to your home or office (see below).
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.
You should allow 3-10 days to ship your order to your home or office.
Remember in addition to the shipping time you must also add the number of days necessary for pre-ship processing of your order (see above).
